I think most of us can agree that in one way or another we have been subjected to an unhealthy diet culture filled with fad diets that are ultimately ineffective. Although, at times, you may be successful at losing weight through “yo-yo” dieting, you could also be negatively affecting your health. That is why I have made it my mission to guide people into a healthier, more sustainable way of living by forever “undieting”.
How I can help you leave the diet culture behind forever
As a Certified Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), as well as holding my pre/postnatal training certification, it is safe to say that helping others achieve optimal health is my true passion. Over the years it has been glaringly obvious to me that my clients that had long-term success were the ones that were consistent in a healthy, but manageable, way of eating rather than diets that centered around restriction or a “magic fix.”
Through Undiet Yourself, my goal is to give you all the tools and support that you need to be truly set up for success long term.
Studies have confirmed that those who embark on a weight loss journey with others are not only more successful at losing the initial weight, but have a better chance of keeping the weight off. When you decide you are ready to become a fellow Undieter, you are welcomed into an online community of other, like-minded women for added support and accountability.
One obstacle women face when working to improve their eating habits is running out of healthy recipes that are still satisfying and easy to make. When we run out of ideas, or simply don’t enjoy the food we make, that is when we turn to unhealthy processed foods. I am consistently working to provide my fellow undieters with easy to follow recipes and simple, yet effective tips, including downloads like this awesome freebie!
