Group Coaching

My 12 week group program consists of group online coaching with other amazing women just like you. It’s everything from my one-on-one program in a community format. There are 3-4 workouts provided each week (depending what level you start out at). Weekly group calls with other group participants where I cover weekly wins, nutrition diary reviews, mindset hurdles, action steps for the following week to keep moving you forward to your goals. There is also a group chat in the app where everyone can connect to find accountability and motivation 24/7.
